possible our products will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS unless otherwise
specified. We always try to find the most cost effective shipping times and
rates. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will
arrive between 1 to 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it
leaves the warehouse. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, Canada or any other location outside the
contiguous 48 U.S.
states. In addition, our carriers cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

For some heavy or large items, we may have to ship using truck freight. Truck
freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or USPS in that you will be
responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house
(or wherever it is going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box
has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about
damage, please write PRODUCT DAMAGED clearly on the sheet that they ask you
to sign. If the package appears only slightly damaged, write
PACKAGE DAMAGED when
you sign for delivery. This is very IMPORTANT. If
the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package.
This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care
of the problem. If you sign for your order, you are accepting your order
"as is". If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately so
that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or
damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Speed matters since carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of
delivery. Original shipping cartons and packaging must be retained in the event
of damage, since the shipping carrier reserves the right to inspect all
shipping materials, as well as the product when any damage reported. All
returned products must be in the original packaging.
Most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items
from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you
can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You
would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any
additional services.
Please Note: Any truck deliveries to a location without a truck dock (loading
dock) will incur an extra charge. Please consider whether a truck will fit down
your street when you have an order delivered to your home. The receiver of all
truck deliveries must unload their order from the truck. All rugs that are
picked up at a truck terminal will be subject to a daily storage fee if the
carpet is not picked up within a week. This fee is assessed by the trucking
company.
Canceling an Order
As soon as you place an order, the processing of that order begins. In the
event you decide to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. However,
there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We will attempt to
cancel on your behalf, but be advised that if the process is already
sufficiently underway, you will need to wait for the arrival of your order and
then return it as stated in our return policy as outlined below.

Since the majority of the items we sell are shipped factory directly, orders with more than one item might arrive in multiple packages on different days.

If you wish your order shipped using a method other than Standard Ground

and ordering instructions.

For schools, health care facilities, or organizations that utilize Purchase
Orders, we are happy to process your order. Fax your order on

Return Policy
All personalized items can not be
returned.
Used or assembled item can not be returned.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we accept most returns in
their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase
price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included
with the purchase price the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your
refund. Please e-mail us at woodentoysplus@gmail.com to receive authorization and a return
address. You are also responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 25% manufacturer's restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be
accepted.
The purchased item MUST be returned in RESALABLE condition and in its original
product package including a copy of the ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION, unused
warranty cards, instruction booklets, and your assigned return authorization
number (RA) in order for proper credit. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 20 days. Please obtain a tracking number
and insurance on your package since we can not be responsible for lost, late,
damaged, or misdirected returns.
Refusal of Delivery
If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be
responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the
warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return
process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be
responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the
respective shipment.
Exchange Policy
Exchange policy is applicable only in case you are not satisfied with the
existing product and you wish some other product from our website. You must place
your new order before we can issue refund on the previous order. It is best to
place your new order before returning the previous order to ensure
availability. All shipping and insurance charges for exchange are not
refundable.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Wooden Toys Plus are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be
held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this
reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused
shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses,
typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward
shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Backorders
Normally, items that are currently out of stock are so noted on the item's
webpage. In erratic cases, items listed as in stock may, in fact, be out of
stock at time of purchase, especially during holiday shopping seasons. If this
is the case, you will be notified and given the alternative to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait. If at all possible we may obtain an ETA
(estimated time of arrival) on the item for you. However that ETA for out of
stock items is not definitive and may change subject to manufacturer's notice.
Price Matching Policy
Wooden Toys Plus actively tries to keep our prices competitive to help you save
money. If you find a lower price (including shipping) for the identical product
on a competitor's site, please feel free to e-mail us with the currently
active, direct website URL displaying the item and the price; so that we can
evaluate.
Our price match is for the final price,
including shipping, handling and tax, if applicable. The price match ONLY applies to items not yet
purchased, and does not include clearance items, web auctions, eBay, Yahoo
Auctions, local store sales (must be Web-based), coupons, discounts or
membership program pricing.
If we cannot match or beat their price, we will inform you of that and
certainly encourage you to purchase the item from them.
